ANACOM receives, between 7 and 9 June 2011, a visiting delegation of the Bosnia-Herzegovina regulator, the Communications Regulatory Agency (CRA). This meeting was promoted under the technical assistance program EuropeAid.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the regulatory framework for communications in Portugal, developing the following key themes:
- Organizational structure and ANACOM's independence;
- Consumer protection and dispute resolution and litigation;
- Universal service and strategy to promote broadband;
- Wholesale access and next generation networks.
