The Portuguese Committee of URSI, with sponsorship from ANACOM, will also award the ''ANACOM-URSI Portugal Prize'', valued at €5,000 (five thousand euros). This prize is awarded to the best research work in the area of radio electricity, with the aim of stimulating creativity and rigour in scientific research work in Portugal.
The prize will be awarded during the Congress and the respective work will be published on this website. Submissions to the prize close on 16 October 2011.
