The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) has issued a questionnaire on its website, on the page of the European Communications Office, on the introduction of White Space Devices (WSD) in the 470-790 MHz band and on the protection of Programme Making and Special Events (PMSE).
