Dispute between Nortenet and PT Comunicações in context of ''Rede ADSL.PT'' Offer

By determination of 13 January 2011, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on the request for intervention presented by Nortenet - Sistemas de Comunicação, S.A. seeking to obtain rectification of improper billing in respect of requests for migration of loops pursuant to the "Rede ADSL.PT" offer.
