By order of 5 August 2011, and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company VALICOM - Gestão de Infraestruturas de Telecomunicações, EIM. authorising provision of leased lines services, Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and Internet access resale services.
