Decision on the complaint of PT Comunicações, regarding the decision on the methodology in calculating the net cost of universal service

ANACOM ratified, on 29 August 2011, a decision of 18 August on the complaint of PT Comunicações (PTC) regarding the determination of this Authority, of 9 June of 2011, which approved the methodology in calculating the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of the universal service) of electronic communications.

In exercising the powers conferred under paragraph I) of article 26, of the Statures of ICP-ANACOM, attached to Decree-Law number 309/2001 of 7 December, and in accordance with articles 141 et seq., all of the Code of Administrative Procedure, ANACOM decided for partial claim filed by PTC and hence the change in its determination of 9 June 2011.
