Consumers' Website goes mobile

Six months after its launch on World Consumer Rights Day, ANACOM has today released a mobile version of its Consumers' Website.

To access the mobile version of the Consumers' Website using your mobile device (mobile phone, portable computer or tablet), click on the "Mobile Version" link at the top of the website's homepage or go directly to

The full website is available in the mobile version, including the website's interactive features, such as ANACOM's virtual assistant "A ANACOM responde" (ANACOM answers) and the form that consumers can use to submit complaints, available through "Complain to ANACOM".

With this initiative, ANACOM hopes to bring all the information available on the Consumers' Website to a wider public and make it easier for everyone to access.
