The European Commission (EC) has released the responses it has received to its public consultation on the forthcoming revision of EU rules on the public financing of broadband infrastructure. Portugal’s response to the consultation included contributions from ANACOM.
Based on the results of the consultation, which closed on 31 August, the Commission is due to present new draft guidelines at the beginning of 2012. Following public consultation these guidelines should be adopted by 30 September 2012.
