Pricing of the (terrestrial) television signal broadcasting and distribution service (analogue) practised by PT Comunicações

By determination of 7 October 2011, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the pricing of the (terrestrial) television signal broadcasting and distribution service (analogue) as practised by PT Comunicações (PTC).

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of articles 100 and 1001 of the Administrative Proceeding Code, and also to the general consultation procedure under article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February. In both cases interested parties are given 20 working days to respond. An opinion was also sought from GMCS - Gabinete para os Meios de Comunicação Social (Office for the Media).
