By determination of 7 October 2011, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the pricing of the (terrestrial) television signal broadcasting and distribution service (analogue) as practised by PT Comunicações (PTC).
Under this draft decision, PTC is ordered to reduce the price of each of the service’s payments by a minimum of 38%, in order to ensure that pricing of this service is brought into line with the principle of cost orientation.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to general consultation. In both cases interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to respond, whereby comments should be sent by email to sentidoprovavel.teledifusao@anacom.ptmailto:sentidoprovavel.teledifusao@anacom.pt 1 no later than 14 November 2011.
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
