Bucharest hosted last 22 September the second meeting of the ERGP working group on End Users and Monitoring of Market Outcomes.
The meeting served to present and discuss preliminary versions of each of the reports being prepared by the group: the report on postal market developments and the report on quality of service and user satisfaction. The former aims to identify a set of usable indicators, specifically by national regulatory authorities, to monitor postal sector developments. The latter is meant to identify a set of indicators for the evolution of postal service quality.
The third meeting of this group’s drafters was held on the next day, 23 September. It organised and planned upcoming work with a view to drawing up final versions of the aforementioned reports.
