ANACOM has released the presentation made by its Vice-chairman, Alberto Souto de Miranda, on “Independence of Regulation and Regional and Supranational Regulation” at the seminar hosted by AICEP - Associação Internacional das Comunicações de Expressão Portuguesa (International Association of Portuguese-language Communications) and held on 17 and 18 October in Praia, Cape Verde.
