Procedures to be followed in evaluating quality of service in regulated wholesale offers

By determination of 20 October 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the procedures to be followed in evaluating quality of service in regulated wholesale offers.

It was likewise decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) as well as the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September, whereas a period of 30 working days is provided in both cases for interested parties to respond.
