By determination of 3 November 2011, ANACOM has approved an extension to the deadline specified in paragraph 5 of article 12 of the Multi-band Auction Regulation (Regulation no. 560-A/2011 of 19 October) by a period of three business days. As a result of this extension, applications are to be delivered to ANACOM no later than 11 November. ANACOM also saw fit to clarify that the time limit specified in paragraph 1 of article 14 will be counted from the new extended deadline.
