Rectification of the regulatory procedure report of the Draft Auction Regulation for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands

Rectification of the Regulatory procedure report of the Draft Auction Regulation for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands

Pursuant to article 148 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), rectification is made of the Regulatory procedure report of the Draft Auction Regulation for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands, which report was approved by determination of the Management Board of ICP-ANACOM of 17 October 2011, on the following terms:

- On page 6, the concealment of the identity of the undertaking which requested the confidentiality of its entire response is removed; this concealment  resulted from a lapse in the introduction of the indication of which part of the information was confidential, resulting from the fact that, in the same paragraph, it is stated that the undertaking concerned (only) sought confidentiality with respect to its responses and not with respect to its identity. The list of undertakings responding to the consultation bodies, appearing on pages 5 and 6 of the report, is hereby corrected as follows:

• Confederação Portuguesa dos Meios de Comunicação Social (CPMCS);
• Grupo Portugal Telecom (GRUPO PT), in the name of and on behalf of the companies of Portugal Telecom, SGPS, S.A., PT – Comunicações, S.A., PT PRIME – Soluções Empresariais de Telecomunicações e Sistemas, S.A., and TMN – Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais, S.A.; 
• GRUPO ZON MULTIMEDIA (GRUPO ZON), in the name of and on behalf of the companies ZON TV CABO, ZON TV CABO MADEIRENSE and ZON TV CABO AÇOREANA; 
• OPTIMUS – Serviços de Comunicações, S.A. (OPTIMUS);
• VODAFONE – Vodafone Portugal, Comunicações Pessoais, S.A. (VODAFONE);
• ZAPP.PT – group of companies comprised of MobiZAPP.PT, Comunicações Electrónicas S.A., REPART, Sistemas de Comunicações de Recursos Partilhados, ZAPPWiMAX, Unipessoal, Lda. (ZAPP.pt);
• On undertaking ONITELECOM – Infocomunicações, S.A. (ONITELECOM) which requested confidentiality of its entire response.
