ANACOM has given notice in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Gazette) of 3 November, announcing a public tender to conduct auditing of the quality of service, complaints and information request indicators reported by CTT – Correios de Portugal with reference to 2011 and 2011, and to conduct a study of actual mail to update the sample. Launch of this tender was approved by ANACOM determination of 27 October 2011.
Interested parties should ensure that proposals are delivered no later than 4.00pm on 24 November 2011 using the www.compraspublicas.comhttps://www.compraspublicas.com/ electronic platform. ANACOM will publish the list of tenderers on the same electronic platform on the day following the deadline for the presentation of proposals.
