ANACOM revokes right of use of frequencies granted to MobiZAPP for the mobile trunking service

By determination of 10 November 2011 and by means of final decision, ANACOM has approved the revocation of the right of use of frequencies for the mobile trunking service held by MobiZAPP - Comunicações Electrónicas, S. A..  As a consequence, the title supporting this right (DUF ICP-ANACOM n.º 05/2008) is also revoked, with the decision having retroactive effect from 30 September 2011.

Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision of 29 September 2011 was submitted.
