The November 2011 edition of the Spectru monthly bulletin includes articles about successful completion of the analogue TV signal switchoff in the Nazaré/Alcobaça region, the distribution of nearly 6 million digital terrestrial television (DTT) guidebooks on the Portuguese mainland and islands, the partnership between ANACOM and DECO to organise a hundred DTT information sessions, and approval of the multiband auction regulations.
Other highlights of this issue include information about a guidebook for users with special needs published by ANACOM, which indicates fixed and mobile telephone and internet equipment, functions and services available in Portugal. Several ongoing public consultations are also reported.
