Authorisation regime governing mobile satellite service (MSS) systems in the 2 GHz band

By determination of 10 November 2011, ANACOM has approved, by final decision, the authorisation regime governing mobile satellite service (MSS) systems in the 2 GHz band, as well as the report on the general consultation procedure to which the respective draft decision of 5 May 2011 was submitted, and under which procedure responses were given by Inmarsat Ventures, Solaris Mobile and Vodafone Portugal, Comunicações Pessoais.
