CTT quality of service levels (audit) - 2009

By determination of 15 December 2011, approval has been given to the report on the audit, commissioned by ANACOM, on the results of its oversight performed with regard to the levels of quality of service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal during 2009. This approval follows a prior hearing of the company and publication of the report on ANACOM's website. Approval was likewise given to the set of determinations and recommendations made with a view to improving the system used to monitor the indicators of quality of service and CTT's system for processing complaints.
