The December 2011 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin contains a report on the campaign to provide information about digital terrestrial television (DTT), an ANACOM initiative which began on 28 November and will be carried out in three phases: from 28 November to 12 December 2011, 2 January to 17 January 2012 and 12 April to 1 May 2012.
Other highlights of this issue include information about the close of the multiband auction bidding period, public consultations now under way (designation of the provider(s) of universal electronic communications service and modification of the LLRO and the RELLO) and the publication of third quarter 2011 statistics.
