This document provides a set of guidelines for the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of Member-States on the implementation of article 13A of Directive 2009/140/EChttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1011429, in particular with regard to two types of incident reporting: the annual summary reporting of significant incidents to the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) and to the European Commission (EC), and ad hoc notification of incidents to other NRA, in case of cross-border incidents.
