This document provides a set of guidelines for the national regulatory authorities of Member-States on the implementation of article 13A of Directive 2009/140/EChttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1011429, in particular with regard to the specific security measures which providers of publicly available electronic communications services and networks should take to ensure the security and integrity of these networks.
