Declaration issued to Lycamobile Portugal for the provision of electronic communications services

By order of 1 March 2012 and pursuant to Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Law of Electronic Communications - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), ANACOM has issued the declaration by which Lycamobile Portugal is authorised to provide Internet access services, short message services (SMS), video-call services and mobile telephone services as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO).
