Draft decision on the renewal of rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency band

By determination of 28 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision to renew the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency band.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of Optimus, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and to the general consultation procedure as laid down in article 33 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September. Under the terms of both these procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to comment.
