Decision on procedures to be followed in evaluating the quality of service of regulated wholesale offers

By determination of 28 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the procedures to be followed in evaluating the quality of service of regulated wholesale offers. This follows notification of the respective draft decision to the European Commission (EC), to the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and to the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The EC responded to the notification by letter of 22 March, making no comment.
