In 2012, with the theme of "Telecom in Transformation", ITU Telecom World provides participants with an opportunity to discuss, identify and explore the impact of new technologies and of practical and innovative ideas on the current evolution of information and communication technologies (ICT).  The event will be attended by leaders and representatives from government and industry and by digital entrepreneurs and innovators.
