Amendments to LLRO and RELLO - notification to EC

By determination of 30 April 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision, for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the remaining Member States of the European Union (EU), on amendments to the leased lines reference offer (LLRO) and to the reference Ethernet leased lines offer (RELLO).

Likewise, approval was given on this date to the report of the prior hearing and public consultation procedures to which the respective draft decision was submitted subsequent to determination of 17 November 2011.  Comments were received, in respect of these procedures, from the following undertakings: RTP, Grupo Portugal Telecom, OniTelecom, Optimus, Verizon Portugal, Vodafone Portugal and ZON TV Cabo Portugal, whereas a common position was received from a group of operators (AR Telecom, Cabovisão, Colt, OniTelecom, Optimus, Vodafone Portugal and ZON TV Cabo Portugal).
