Approval and amendment of the Portability Specification

By determination of 30 April 2012, ANACOM has approved the final decision amending the Especificação da Portabilidade (Portability Specification), pursuant to its powers and responsibilities as set forth in point b) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of its Statutes, as approved by Decree-Law 309/2001 of 7 December, and pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 4 of Regulation 114/2012 of 13 March.

It was likewise decided to waive conduct of the prior hearing of interested parties, under point a) of paragraph 2 of article 103 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
