By determination of 17 May 2012, ANACOM has approved an amendment to the Regulation governing the settlement and collection of fees due to ANACOM, as approved by determination of 1 July 2009.
This draft decision is subject to the regulatory procedure laid down in article 11 of ANACOM's statutes, whereby respondents have a period of 30 working days to submit comments.
