By determination of 17 May 2012, ANACOM has approved an amendment to the Regulation governing the settlement and collection of fees due to ANACOM, as approved by determination of 1 July 2009 (Regulation no. 300/2009, published in Diário da República (Official Gazette) on 15 July). The amendment brings the Regulation into line with changes which have occurred in the law and improves the Regulation's effectiveness.
This draft decision was submitted to public consultation for a period of 30 working days. As such, comments should be submitted on later than 6 July 2012 and should be sent by email to regulamento.taxas@anacom.ptmailto:regulamento.taxas@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
ANACOM also decided to release, as of tomorrow, a notice to announce approval of the draft amendment to the regulation. This notice has been published in national and regional press.
