This report presents the results of the assessment conducted by ANACOM between September and October 2011 on the quality of voice and video-telephony mobile services and of coverage provided by the GSM and WCDMA (UMTS) networks of operators OPTIMUS, TMN and Vodafone in the main urban agglomerations and on the major roads of mainland Portugal, through the analysis of technical parameters which reflect the perception of quality from the consumer standpoint.
