By determination of 17 May 2012, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the renewal of rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency band, approving also the report of the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision, as approved on 28 March 2012, had been submitted.
