Declaration issued to IDT Retail Europe Limited for the provision of virtual calling card services

By order of 15 May 2012, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the company IDT Retail Europe Limited, to provide virtual calling card services.
