Final decision on draft amendment of the Regulation governing settlement and collection of fees due to ANACOM

By determination of 2 August 2012, ANACOM has approved the amendment of the Regulation governing the settlement and collection of fees due to ANACOM, as approved by determination of 1 July 2009 (Regulation 300/2009 of 15 July).

Approval was likewise given, on the same date, to the report on the consultation to which the respective draft decision, as approved by determination of 17 May 2012, was submitted. A response to this consultation was received from Grupo Portugal Telecom (encompassing Portugal Telecom, SGPS, PT Comunicações and TMN).
