Accumulation of numbers for data network access services, as identified by PNN code ''67''

By determination of 30 August 2012, ANACOM has decided to authorize accumulation of resources with the "67" code of the PNN - Plano Nacional de Numeração (National Numbering Plan) by single providers as a result of mergers and/or acquisitions involving data network access services accommodated in this range. The decision covers companies that are currently in this situation.

Approval was likewise given to the waiver of the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with article 103 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
