Implementation of the concept of ''unusually high access costs'' - the methodology used to calculate CLSU

By determination of 13 September 2012, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the implementation of the concept of "unusually high access costs" in the context of the methodology used to calculate the net cost of the CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal (net costs of the universal service) of electronic communications.

This draft decision has been submitted to the hearing of interested parties, in accordance with article 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Code of Administrative Procedure), for a period of 10 working days.
