Decision on the list of parishes lacking mobile broadband coverage

By determination of 9 November 2012, ANACOM approved the final decision on the list of parishes lacking mobile broadband coverage, for the purposes of paragraphs  1 to 4 of article 34 of Regulation no. 560-A/2011 of 19 October (Regulation governing the Auction for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands). 

ANACOM also approved the report on the procedures (public consultation and prior hearing) to which the corresponding draft decision of 31 August 2012 was submitted; in response to said procedures, comments were received from the following: Aníbal Mendes; Antonino Silva; Emílio Moitas; Jorge Aguiar; José Torres; JOTA; Junta de Freguesia de Alhões (Cinfães, Viseu); Junta de Freguesia de Matança (Fornos de Algodres, Guarda); Assembleia de Freguesia de Gavieira (Arcos de Valdevez, Viana do Castelo); Luis Granadeiro; Manuel Augusto Cabral da Costa; Manuel Gomes Costa; Miguel Ferreira; Miguel Netto d'Almeida; Nuno Martins; Optimus; Paulo Rafael; TMN; and Vodafone Portugal.
