Levels of quality of service provided by CTT (audit) - 2010
By determination of 29 November 2012, ANACOM took note of the conclusions of the audit conducted of the indicators of quality of service, complaints and requests for information reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S. A. (CTT) with reference to 2010, as prepared by the company MAZARS & Associados - SROC, and approved remittance of the final report to CTT.
On the same date, the report to be issued by ANACOM on the result of the verification performed on the levels of quality of service offered by CTT in 2010, for publication on the ANACOM's website and in Diário da República (Official Gazette), was submitted to the prior hearing of CTT, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) for a period of 10 working days.
