ANACOM states that it had no outstanding debts with suppliers, with a period exceeding 60 days, as on 31 December 2012.
Under the terms of article 208 of Law no. 64-B/2011 of 30 December (2012 State Budget), whereunder state bodies are bound to ensure that their cash management is appropriate to ensure payment to their suppliers in accordance with the payment terms they have agreed, ANACOM is bound, in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 8 of this article, to disclose the situation in respect of the debts it has with its suppliers, reported at 31 December 2012.
