In most cases, where measurements of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) signal have been taken on the ground following reports of reception difficulties, ANACOM has found that difficulties were mainly due to problems with the installation.
Accordingly, ANACOM has drawn up a list of issues for users to check, to ascertain whether any reception difficulties they are experiencing result from problems with the installation. This list has been sent to municipal and parish councils, Direcção-Geral do Consumidor (Directorate General for the Consumer), consumer associations, justices of the peace and arbitration centres, with the objective of bringing information to the public.
