By determination of 18 January 2013, ANACOM has given notice of the recovery of rights of use of frequencies (RUF) granted to SIC, TVI and RTP for the provision of publicly available television programme services using the analogue system.
This recovery bears no charges and takes effect from the date on which the switch-off of analogue television was concluded, i.e., 26 April 2012.
It was also determined to update the National Table of Frequency Allocations (NTFA) accordingly.
