Draft decision on the transfer of rights of use of numbering resources held by PT Prime

By order of 12 December 2012, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the transfer of rights of use of numbering resources held by PT Prime - Soluções Empresariais de Telecomunicações e Sistemas to PT Comunicações.

It was also decided to submit this draft decision prior to a hearing of PT Comunicações, for a period of 10 working days, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
