By determination of 25 October 2012, and pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 177/99 of 21 May, ANACOM decided to notify Especial Maravilha - Serviços de Telecomunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., Maria da Conceição Luiz Reis, Ora Telecom - High Tech, Lda., Códigoeco - Estudos de Mercado, Unipessoal, Lda., and Horas Cheias - Comunicações Eletrónicas, Lda., as providers of audiotext services, of the draft decision to revoke their registrations of the exercise of the activity of provider of audiotext services, due to their failure to comply with the corrective measures stipulated in ANACOM determinations of 17 May 2012 and 21 June 2012.
The companies concerned were given 10 working days to respond, should they see fit to do so, in accordance with the provisions of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
