By determination of 24 April 2013, ANACOM has approved the partial revocation of the right of use of frequencies for provision of terrestrial electronic communications services held by Vodafone Portugal (ICP-ANACOM no. 03/2012), in accordance with the request made by this company on 5 February 2013.
As such, the right of use of the 5 MHz block in the 2100 MHz frequency range for use of UMTS TDD technology was revoked in the title and license held by Vodafone Portugal. At the same time, the respective title was amended accordingly, together with radio license no. 513927, as associated with this right of use.
