The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has submitted two documents on roaming to public consultation (from 14 May to 3 June):
- Guidelines on the separate sale of regulated retail Roaming services and the implementation of separate sale of regulated retail roaming services under article 4 & 5 of the roaming regulation – a consultation
- Guidelines on roaming regulation (EU) n.º 531/2012 (Third Roaming Regulation) (Articles 4 and 5 on Separate Sale of Roaming Services)
Interested parties should send their comments, preferably in English, to pm@berec.europa.eumailto:pm@berec.europa.eu.
BEREC will also conduct a public hearing on these documents on 29 May 2013 (from 1pm to 4pm) at the office of the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) - Ellipse Building - Bâtiment C - Boulevard du Roi Albert II 35 - 1030 Brussels.
