Lisbon hosted last 12 April a meeting of the working group on Roaming of the Association of Communications and Telecommunications Regulators from the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (ARCTEL-CPLP). It served to present the project for roaming in the CPLP space, whereby CPLP mobile operators were also invited.
