By determination of 25 July 2013, ANACOM has approved the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of publicly available electronic communication networks and services, with a value of 24,478,856 euros, in accordance with Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, as amended by Administrative Rule no. 291-A/2011 of 4 November, and Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law).
It was also decided to contract provision of services to audit providers of electronic communications networks and services which reported the highest levels of relevant income in 2012, and to audit those who reported the largest variations in income compared to 2011.
