By determination of 1 August 2013, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on defining the methodology to be used to calculate the cost of capital of PT Comunicações (PTC), applicable from the 2012 financial year.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation; with a period of 20 working days provided in both cases. Comments must be received no later than 3 September 2013, and should be sent by email to consulta.ccapital@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.ccapital@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential for the purposes of publication on this website.
