ANACOM withdraws draft decision on the termination of calls on the fixed network


On 14 August 2013, ANACOM decided to withdraw its draft decision on the ''Wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location - definition of product and geographic markets, SMP assessment and the imposition, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations''.  This draft decision had been approved by determination of 12 July 2013 and notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of other Member States of the European Union (EU).

The present decision, already notified to the EC, remains subject to ratification by ANACOM's Management Board.
